Question: When and how will I receive the contact list after I submitted payment?
Answer: We will email you the supplier directory to your email account within 24 hours of payment notification. If the email account is invalid, you must contact us and provide us a valid email address in order to receive the Adobe PDF file. In most cases, you should receive it in 1 hour or less. We need it for our sales record. If for any reasons we couldn't email you the supplier directory (your email account is over quota/permanent fatal error, or problem on our side), we will mail the supplier directory to the mailing address you provided.
